My first ever collaboration was with Upshot Espresso. Sam and I met at my very first stall at the Abbeydale Picture house. I had wanted to do an espresso doughnut, so I approached Sam as I knew how passionate and experienced he was about speciality coffee. Together we came up with an espresso and mascarpone filled doughnut covered in brown sugar. The doughnuts were sold in the shop during UK coffee week to help raise money for project waterfall. We are continuing to work together.
